- Location Data: We collect precise GPS location to connect consumers with nearby retail stores, match riders with open-bidding auto drivers, and power the real-time "Thela Tracker."
- Media & Device Data: With your explicit consent, we access your camera and microphone to allow businesses to upload video feeds, digital catalogs, and visual updates.
- Account Information: Profile details, contact numbers, and verification documents required to maintain platform trust and safety.
3. Our Core Privacy Commitments
- We will never sell or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties for marketing purposes.
- We will never share your direct contact information with another user (such as a Service Provider or Driver) without your explicit, real-time consent.
- All personally identifiable information you provide will be secured using industry-standard protocols and encryption technology.
- Users have the ability to change what is public on their profiles, but the default setting will always prioritize less public disclosure.
